High-Volume Seasonal Recruiter

The Role:
Minted is looking for a high-volume Seasonal Recruiter to join our People Team to make an immediate impact for our holiday hiring surge focused on the happiness and effectiveness of our fellow teammates, including everything from hiring the right people to maintaining a great work environment. 
The Seasonal Recruiter will be responsible for leading the sourcing, interviewing and hiring for our seasonal customer operations roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior recruiter to gain valuable experience in a highly collaborative and creative organization while having a direct impact on Minted's exciting holiday business.

You Will:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for our customer operations roles, including creating innovative sourcing strategies, managing a high volume of candidate correspondence and interviews, and meeting recruiting KPIs
• Quickly establish rapport and trust with your fellow teammates, hiring managers, and candidates to effectively and expeditiously fill roles with top talent
• Ensure the accuracy of candidate information, correspondence, and interview process in Lever
• Maintain flexibility to deal with the fast pace and evolving needs of Minted's holiday business environment
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to drive process and team improvements to support the holiday hiring surge

You Have:

• 2+ years of proven high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or agency
• Proven track record of successfully partnering with business stakeholders and candidates
• Experience using Lever or a similar ATS
• Attention to detail and strong ability to maneuver adeptly with changing priorities
• A great sense of humor and natural ability to connect with people

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience using Spark Hire or a similar recruitment tool 
• Experience in an eCommerce, retail, and/or high volume environment

Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Generally, our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
