We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our compassionate team in the NICU, a state-of-the-art 32-bed private room unit caring for High-Risk neonates from 28 weeks to full-term.

Your Role & Impact: 

As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll blend clinical expertise with leadership to ensure top-tier nursing care. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating unit activities to promote excellence in nursing practice 
• Providing direct patient care—medication administration, assessments, treatments, and family education 
• Facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers 
• Supporting staff development, process improvements, and resource management 
• Serving as a clinical leader, making nursing decisions within your scope of practice 
• Spend over 50% of your time delivering direct patient care while leading your team to success!

Shift Requirements:

• Primarily mid-shift and evening hours.
• Flexibility for some day-shift hours.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid Kentucky RN License 
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in a Charge Nurse or Leadership role 
• BLS & ACLS certification
