The Raytheon Performance Excellence (PE) organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) to execute efforts within the Program Execution team.
In this role, you are a transformation leader within the Performance Excellence (PE) organization managing scope and schedule in support of the deployment and sustainment of RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) at Raytheon. You will coordinate integration activities and process alignment with the enabling digital technologies to streamline operations and improve program performance across Raytheon.
What You Will Do
Lead the continuous improvement and sustainment initiatives of RLPM principles, concepts, training, and other projects as assigned.
Collaborate and influence RTX business leaders to effect change and integration for consistent and scalable solutions that transform program and project management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and sustain training and business capabilities that integrate disparate processes and systems for enabling program performance and predictability
Create and execute change management across the lifecycle from strategy and development to production and sustainment
Develop, maintain and support configuration management of RLPM templates, artifacts, resources and tools
Travel to participate in domestic business engagements
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
Experience directly engaged in activities associated with program execution, program management, or project management
Experience leading cross-functional teams
An active and in-scope Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across the organization
Experience leading business process transformation and change management, especially involving digital technologies
Program Management Certification
Earned Value (EVMS) Certification or equivalent
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, executive leadership, and team members
High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility that translates to initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, patience, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
