Job Description
As a Records and Reporting Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s information flow, transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights. You’ll work with cutting-edge Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, compile crucial reports, and ensure data accuracy to support a team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Run and merge daily reports from the EMR system, synthesizing critical healthcare data
- Verify completion status of medical notes, ensuring comprehensive patient records
- Compile and distill complex information into clear, concise emails for the internal team
- Maintain strict adherence to report delivery schedules, supporting timely decision-making
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy in all data handling tasks
- Proactively communicate with the internal team about report statuses and incomplete notes
- Continuously improve reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and clarity
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheet manipulation and data analysis
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining data accuracy
- Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, informative team updates
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new software systems, particularly EMR
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology (preferred but not required)
- Availability to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 1:30 PM PST with 30 mins unpaid break
- Comfortable with remote work, including regular video call check-ins and virtual training sessions
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information
