Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Ireland, Dublin

The role:
The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.
The Analyst role is to:
Support reporting requirements ensuring compliance with any Healthcare reporting legislation
Support operational reporting for IPG team
Role responsibilities include:
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
Complete reports and tracking in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information in various systems and tracking tools.
Ensure proper documentation and record tracking of meetings, decisions, interventions and escalations.
Liaise with customers to determine report requirements.
Interrogate & analyse data and prepare relevant metrics. Accurate analysis with limited supervision is expected.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary
Become proficient in systems, tools and ICON’s applications to efficiently and accurately analyse data.
Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.

Experience:
Prior relevant experience related to data analysis and production of reports is essential
Demonstrate a logical approach to analysis with a questioning attitude
Numerate with some financial understanding
Excellent working knowledge of MS office package
Advanced excel skills are essential (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and customer service skills are essential
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
