POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education:  LMSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMLP, LP, LMFT or LCMFT

Minimum Experience:  2-3 years of demonstrated program management and supervision experience within Community Mental Health and/or Therapeutic Services field

• Must have good listening skills, verbal skills, and written communication skills
• Must have good diagnostic skills and be able to do outpatient evaluations
• Must be able to work effectively with other agencies, such as referral sources and external care providers
• Must be able and willing to adjust work schedule, based on patient load
• Must maintain CEU’s and Kansas State licensure
• Must be credentialed by Prairie View to do evaluations, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy with children, adolescents, and families
• Must be proficient at basic keyboarding/word-processing skills
• Must be able to pass Kansas Bureau of Investigation Screen, Central Registry Screen, motor vehicle screen, and DCF (Kansas Dept. for Children & Families, formerly SRS) background check
