As a Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Site in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and/or on foot. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal staff as needed.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on patrol to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with Class B and Passenger Endorsement is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
