Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.

As an intern you’ll be working with Senior Leadership in a fast-paced team and gain hands-on experiences to grow your career to maximize your real-world potential!
The Role:
Design, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize operational processes, reducing inefficiencies and manual effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI and automation tools into existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to further streamline operations and enhance stakeholder experience.
Work with the Program Management Services and Software team to assist in automating reports and summaries about current and future initiatives such as ESS Leasing to take advantage of 30% tax incentives and Grid Services pilots using our electric vehicles to support the grid and our homes.
Create a process and scorecard utilizing software tools to summarize status, dates and owners for Leadership that is easy to understand and communicate visually from existing Program Management tools.
Work with the Public Charging Infrastructure team to refine processes and metrics benchmarking other EV makers and standardize amongst Charge Service Operators.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree one of the following areas: AI/ML, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree
Must be graduating between May 2027 - June 2028
Able to work full time, 40 hours per week during the summer months
