Global People Solutions are our everyday heroes who work tirelessly to create great workdays for our people through the HR services they provide. The team has both experienced people, recent joiners and new joiners, all with a strong passion for people and great HR experiences. </p><p><strong>Your role:</strong><br/> With responsibilities for global service delivery, you will be managing a geographically dispersed team and vendors in multiple locations. If so, we want to hear from you! </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing mentorship, coaching and development opportunities </li><li>Ensure the delivery of HR services, according to our people, global and digital vison  </li><li>Continuously monitor and improve the HR Service delivery process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of services </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as primary point of contact for HR Service Delivery issues </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex HR service delivery challenges and ensure a seamless employee experience </li><li>Analyse and report on HR service delivery performance, using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement </li><li>Manage operational relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality delivery </li><li>Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are applied in a way that supports outstanding service delivery </li><li>Work continuously to identify and suggest improvements to the service delivery model, HR/vendor processes and all things which can improve the employee experience </li></ul><h3>Kvalifikasjoner</h3><p><strong>To be successful in the role of HR Process Manager at Statkraft, some personal traits that may be important include: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills, including ability to develop people </li><li>Experience working in a complex and multinational environment  </li><li>Plan and execute large and small improvement initiatives with many and different stakeholders across cultures </li><li>Able to structure and drive deliveries and improvement initiatives </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of HR global strategies and policies </li><li>See solutions and resolve challenges effectively </li><li>Growth mindset and willingness to learn </li><li>Presenting complex information clearly and concisely. </li><li>Analyze complex situations, identify trends and patterns, and develop solutions that drive long-term success. </li><li>An energetic, creative contributor with pragmatic problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and risk mitigation </li></ul><h3>Ytterligere informasjon</h3><p><strong>What do we offer? </strong><br/> A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
