Aerospace Startup Seeking established Client Success Manager
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize the space economy by enabling rapid and reliable access to space. In addition to building out the launch systems that will bring this mission to reality, they've also built a robust SaaS platform used by internal teams and a growing list of external customers that helps run smart engineering, prototyping, and build practices. This product is used by designers, engineers, assemblers, and specialist makers so they can deliver great hardware for their customers.
They're currently in need of an established Client Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction + retention while providing product expertise. We're looking for CSM's with professional experience in B2B SaaS as well as expertise in MES, ERP, and PLM systems. A startup background and/or previous mechanical engineering/manufacturing work experience is strongly preferred. As their first CSM hire, you will have an amazing opportunity to define processes, establish best practices, and put your thumbprint on this rapidly growing startup.
Ideal candidate will have a mix of:
- 5+ years of success working in Startup and Enterprise B2B Saas environments as a Client Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, and/or Technical Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience with MES, ERP, and PLM systems
- Background working in cutting edge manufacturing and/or engineering companies (aerospace, fusion energy, climate tech are all highly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing client relationships to ensure renewals
- Ability to work independently + navigate ambiguous environments + travel frequently
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Related field
Customer Locations: Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver, Houston, San Francisco.
Fully Remote role with Travel: Up to 50%
