Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks may be assigned as required.

• Assigning, documenting, and maintaining computer login codes, passwords, and access profiles for software applications, network access, and telecommunications systems
• Modify security files to add, modify, or delete users' access
• Provides networking assistance to users, including help with network connections and passwords
• Installs upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, software, and files services
• Troubleshoots issues through a ticketing system
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to managers, problem request tracking system, and/or users via voicemail and email.
• Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
• Performing preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals

• An individual will receive close oversight and guidance from a supervisor, is expected to follow established processes and procedures, and seek approval for most decisions or actions.

Education and Experience

• Completed junior year (or higher) of an undergraduate program by the start of the internship. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience with Information Technology or System Administration.
