If you’re excited by the challenge of building AI systems from the ground up and leaving a lasting impact, this is the opportunity for you!</p><p></p><h3>What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer…</h3><ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools that enhance user engagement.</li> <li>Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.</li> <li>Establish the infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into our platform.</li> <li>Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI technologies, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance system capabilities.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.</li> </ul><h3>What we’re looking for…</h3><ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on building and deploying LLMs and conversational AI systems.</li> <li>Experience with Designing and implementing RAG pipelines using LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems.</li> <li>Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)</li> <li>Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex.</li> <li>Strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking techniques.</li> <li>Strong background in data engineering, including data pipelines and preprocessing.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable AI architecture.</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li> <li>Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.</li> </ul><h3>What we offer…</h3><ul><ul> <li>Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
