Delivery Driver

We are looking for delivery drivers to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our customers by taking orders, collecting payment, and delivering quality food to our guests.  If you are someone who is looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and guest experience, then NYPD is the place for you! Responsibilities: 

• Take accurate orders from guests when they call in and enter the order into the POS system
• Show the guests their food and ensure order accuracy and quality
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and delivery times
• Communication with the guest and management if any issues arise
• Collect payments from the guests and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 21 years old and have 2 years of licensed driving experience
• A clear MVR for the past 3 years
• A reliable form of transportation, a current license, and up to date insurance
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry delivery bags for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently and stay organized during multiple deliveries
