  • Monitor and validate production incidents, supporting troubleshooting and recovery efforts.

  • Maintain test environments, devices, and tools required for ongoing QA operations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve QA efficiency through process improvements, automation, and lightweight scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • 3+ years of QA experience in video, streaming, OTT, broadcast, or digital media environments.

  • Strong understanding of test planning, test case development, regression testing, and issue tracking procedures.

  • Design and execute test strategies to validate product functionality, performance, and overall quality.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with release goals.

  • Review product and technical specifications with a focus on testability, verification, and quality throughout development.

  • Working knowledge of HLS, DASH, and other adaptive bitrate streaming formats.
