DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be comfortable with in home sales.
• You are expected to work some events and have scheduled showroom hours 
• The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals.
• Unlimited earning potential. Write your own ticket!
• Note:  This is a full commission opportunity with unlimited upside and bonus plan for over-performance.
• Generate leads by working personal contacts and cultivating referral network.  Some leads provided.
• Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
• Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
• Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
• Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.
• Prepares cabinet drawings using 20/20 Design.
• Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
• Collects payments from clients.

Our remodeling experts update, uplift and upgrade kitchens utilizing our 5 Trustpoints to create an experience second to none. Our 5 Core Services include our exclusive 1 Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets.   Compensation: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
