Roman Empire ABA Services,Inc. provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clinical Manager to be in charge of all quality assurance activities and ensuring clinical notes are in compliance with funding entities. The Clinical Manager responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting calls, identifying obstacles, case management and presenting solutions.

Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and case management
• Performing routine calls/meetings a minimum of 1x per month to active clients; Calling clients daily to ensure quality of service
• Review clinical notes to ensure they are in compliance with all funding entities
• Meet with clients/family to review company and family expectations
• Call clients that are on hold to identify the status of their services
• Identify and ensure all active clients have active authorizations
• Communicate with Intake & Scheduling Department regularly
• Update internal documentation platforms
• Identifying and resolving workflow and service issues
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with Executive Department
• Documenting quality assurance activities
• Making recommendations for improvement
• Creating training materials, as needed

Case Specialist Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years experience in Case Management or Quality Assurance required
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
