Job Title: Business Processes Senior Consultant 

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Purpose and Objective:   

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to focus on SAP’s top customers under the umbrella of Premium Engagement contracts (MaxAttention, Active Attention, Value Assurance).  

 

Expectations and Tasks:  

Establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP. Understands the customer business goals and build the engagement and service plan for projects along our standard journey and focus packages. Supports the execution E2E transformation projects from innovation identification, handover to run, up to the extension of existing solutions. Provides architectural advices for standard solutions. Takes responsibility for delivery of outcome of assigned projects and delivery tasks. Resolves critical customer situations, production downs and escalations. Demonstrates that you can work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Takes over lead role in delivery or development projects. Contributes to the industrialization of service procedure and SAP products with own creative and innovative ideas using latest technology. Leads through advanced technical or business skills for complete technology or industry area.  

 

Education and Occupational Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 

 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:  

Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: 

• SAP Integration Suite including Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, Open Connector, and Event Mesh;  

• SAP Process Integration and Process Orchestration; 

• SAP Ariba Procurement Integration, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Performance Integration, SAP Ariba Catalog integration, and SAP Cloud Integration Gateway;  

• SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN) Freight Collaboration; and 

• Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations. 

 

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.
