The Opportunity: 

The Chief Information Office (CIO) Enterprise Platform team is seeking an experienced and adaptable Business Analyst to lead the collection, capture, and management of user needs from business case to technical implementation and deployment. In this role, you will facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements in support of multiple product and platform teams and aid in the analysis and selection of technology solutions. You will leverage strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, the ability to quickly learn and understand technologies, including AI, and the flexibility to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience bridging business and technology

• Experience translating high-level concepts into detailed technical requirements 

• Knowledge of multiple technologies, platforms, and development methodologies 

• Ability to synthesize complex information

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science and 5+ years of experience as a business or requirements analyst, or 10+ years of experience as a business or requirements analyst in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in solution architecture or technology selection 

• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power Platform, Atlassian, or FileMaker 

• Ability to engage and collaborate with a variety of technical stakeholders, including engineering teams, product owners, and design teams

• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
