Aircraft Modification Team Lead

Location: Oklahoma City

What You Will Do:

Manage a team of Drafters, Designers, and Stress Analysts working to complete aircraft modification tasking at an offsite, subcontractor location in Oklahoma City. Plan and provide tasking direction to the team with budget, schedule, and technical requirements. Provide weekly team status and plans to program and company leadership. Develop and present monthly team cost and schedule updates to leadership. Develop and present monthly EAC (Estimate At Complete) cost and schedule updates to leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have :

Prior experience in effectively plan, assign, and status tasking for the engineering team.

Prior experience in communicating and coordinating with program management, company functions, and the engineering team to achieve program goals.

Experience with modified aircraft programs.

Ability to be onsite at Oklahoma City program location at least 50% of the time.

BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Raytheon's financial tools and systems.

Experience developing multi-discipline cost estimates for large program teams.

Experience with military special mission aircraft.

Experience presenting to VP-level company leadership.

Ability to be onsite at Oklahoma City program location 100% (full time)

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
