Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Contribute to a team responsible for designing and developing analytical solutions to fulfill business needs; support product development efforts related to machine learning, optimization methods, and statistical model building; write SQL queries to analyze data; ingest, manipulate, and aggregate data; leverage statistical models and machine learning methods to implement ad tech solutions; write Python scripts and work with Python packages (PyPI); implement optimization models, including linear programming and nonlinear programming; identify key data questions and conduct exploratory analyses; build forecasting methods for advertising use cases; apply optimization methods for ad scheduling applications; leverage key functionality in cloud-based technologies, including AWS, and Spark-based technologies; research and apply new technologies and analytical methods; apply advanced data visualization to provide key insights to stakeholders. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and two (2) years of experience writing SQL queries to analyze data; writing Python scripts; working with Python packages (PyPI); and ingesting, manipulating, and aggregating data; of which one (1) year of experience includes implementing optimization models, including linear programming and nonlinear programming; and using cloud-based technologies, including AWS. 

SALARY:  $80,850 to $130,000 per year

Compensation

Base Pay: $80,850.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
