About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in building our reporting and analytics foundation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting tools, deliver performance insights, and shape the strategic direction of service initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Transform Data into Strategic Insights: Analyze large-scale customer experience data to uncover performance trends, user friction points, and growth opportunities across the end-to-end journey.

- Enable Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Business leaders to shape priorities and translate insights into aligned, high-impact initiatives.

- Accelerate Experience Innovation: Evaluate and reimagine existing service workflows and experience touchpoints, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and strategic enhancement.

- Deliver Insightful Reporting & Influence Through Storytelling: Design compelling dashboards, reports, and executive-facing presentations that clearly articulate performance narratives and unlock data-driven decisions.

- Establish Scalable Reporting Infrastructure: Build and maintain automated dashboards and analytics frameworks to support recurring business reviews and ensure timely visibility into critical KPIs.
