Wellness Instructor - FlexStaff

Promotes wellness and disease prevention through education, special programs, and assessments.
  Responsibilities:

• Works with patients to develop self-help plans and ensures that patients adhere to their established goals
• Coaches patients through individualized health plans by continuously encouraging healthy habits
• Reports on patient health status and progress
• Conducts wellness training courses
• Ensures that wellness programs meet customer needs and satisfaction
• Work may be periodically reviewed for accuracy and adequacy
• Work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action
• Majority of contact is within own function, area, or department and may be customer service oriented

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 1-3 years of technical experience
