We are currently seeking Event Staff to join our growing team. The Event Staff will play a key role in the smooth execution of live events by providing hands-on support during event setup, management, and breakdown. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment and materials

• Greet and guide guests upon arrival and throughout the event

• Provide support to event managers and team leaders as needed

• Monitor event activities to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Handle on-site issues or requests promptly and efficiently

• Comply with safety and operational procedures during events

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude

• Reliable transportation to and from event locations
