Job Description

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Business Development – Process & Project Management team in our Center Valley, PA or Westborough, MA office. We will also consider fully remote opportunity for the right candidate. This program will run from May 19 – August 1, 2025. This is a full-time opportunity involving 35-40 hours per week at an hourly rate of $22.00 (Center Valley, PA) or $25.25 (Westborough, MA).

As an Olympus intern, you will contribute to our mission by helping the Business Development Process & Project Management team complete key projects.
Job Duties
Some potential projects for this summer could include:
- Project management support for key departmental initiatives including software onboarding and transition, process definition and improvement
- Drive execution of assigned tasks related to Project Accelerate.
- Research and propose an alternative solution for portfolio management tool
- Providing support to Deal Leaders and Integration Managers
- Team event planning and management
A typical day for you will include:
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team to complete role-related assignments and projects.
- Actively engaging in and adding value to meetings and discussions.
- Engaging in other duties, as necessary.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Must be enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
- Preferred fields of study include any Business administration, engineering, life sciences, or related disciplines.
- Must complete sophomore year before the internship begins and graduate after the internship ends.
- Must not now or in the future require immigration-related sponsorship.**

- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient and have practical knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Po
