Job Description:

The University of Florida is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our CFO Division within University Disbursements. This leadership role oversees invoice and payment processing operations, including research participant payments, and ensures accurate monthly and year-end closings of Accounts Payable ledgers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Driving process standardization and supporting Workday integration.
• Ensuring compliance with Florida payment statutes and university policies.
• Providing operational and accounting guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Expected Salary:

$80-85K

Preferred:

· Strong accounting and leadership experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret and apply regulations.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
