Senior MES Engineer-Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the System Administrator for the MES System
• Lead the integration of MES, SCADA, and DCS systems, with a strong focus on DeltaV.
• Analyze and understand control system code for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Work on IT/OT integration projects, including data mapping, parameterization, and report generation.
• Collaborate with the team on the development of a scalable product for seamless system configurations.
• Ensure strong IP security and adherence to NDA and confidentiality agreements.
• Work independently in a small, hands-on team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ Years of experience with Syncade
• Bachelors of Engineering Degree
• Extensive experience Syncade system, Recipes authoring, Records  and reports
• Experience with DeltaV, including system integration and configuration.
• Familiarity with Emerson DCS systems and other platforms like Siemens PCS7 or PlantPAx.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, or DCS systems and their integration processes.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors, process equipment, and SKID systems.
• Ability to analyze existing recipes and batch records and propose improvements 
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot control system code.
• Strong understanding of data mapping and batch data processing.
