About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM Chicago time

Client Timezone: U.S. Central Time (Chicago)

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a high-volume, fast-paced solar installation business while managing customer relationships and administrative processes. With a performance-based bonus structure tied to successful installations, you'll have the potential to earn significant additional income while contributing to the growth of renewable energy adoption. Scope:

  • 35-40 hours per week

  • Remote work arrangement

  • Performance bonus of $100 per completed installation

  • Potential for additional $25,000 annual earnings through performance bonuses

  • Managing pipeline of approximately 70 active deals

  • Supporting workflow for approximately 250 annual installations

  • Health insurance benefits included

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track customer pipeline progression for existing solar installation customers

  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements needed for account advancement

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for approximately 70 active deals

  • Coordinate with customers to ensure all necessary information is collected for installation progression

  • Track and process documentation for approximately 250 annual installations

  • Support administrative needs for pipeline management and customer communication

  • Ensure timely progression of customer accounts through the installation process


Requirements
:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation

  • Ability to work U.S. Central Time zone hours (Chicago-based business)
