About Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation:

We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. Our services range from short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer's and dementia care. What You'll Do as a CNA:

As a Full-Time CNA at Pheasant Ridge, you'll play an essential role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient health
• Providing companionship and support to residents and their families
• Ensuring that the highest level of care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and respectful manner

This position follows a 12-hour Master Schedule with rotating weekends, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families. The schedule is designed to offer a healthy work-life balance while maintaining excellent standards of care.

What We're Looking for in You:

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• A valid CNA license in the State of Virginia
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in senior care
• Familiarity with basic healthcare software and documentation tools is a plus
