Test&Validation Design Leader

For our Power division we are looking for an experienced Test & Validation Design Leader.

 

YOUR CHALLENGES:

•  Responsible for Product Validation activities from RFQ phase to final result acceptance by customer.

• Coordinate different types of tests during the life product (DV & PV tests, diagnosis tests, verification tests).

• Define the need of specific tools or benches for test plan implementation.

• Define also the associated budget of his specific test field.

• Write the detailed validation plan including both customer validation requirements but also Valeo requirements (to achieve quality targets).

• Schedule, book and secure the tests executioning on his field of competence (starting and finishing the test according to the plan).

• Work in parallel  with the project  team,  contribute to correct the design in order to  meet requested product specification (internal and customer).

• Report validation status and planning (whatever the tests are located in, internal,  external lab) to the project team and management on a regular basis.

• Provides training to other engineers/technicians in his field of competence and ensures constant self improvement. 

 

LET´s TALK ABOUT YOU:

•  Min 4-5 years of experience on similar position

• Knowledge of environmental and electrical testing

• Knowledge of industrial drawing

•  Knowledge of quality tools (FTA, FMEA, …)

•  Physical measures, acquisition, testing

•  Customer oriented   

• Flexibility, Openess, Reactivity  

• Team work / team player   

•  Good communication level in English
