Are you a creative problem-solver who loves building relationships and driving results? Join our Channel Marketing team as a Channel Marketing Sr Analyst and become the vital connection point between Epicor and our valued partners. You'll play a pivotal role in elevating our partner channel while ensuring seamless alignment between partner success and our demand generation strategies.

What You'll be doing:        

• Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, serving as their trusted advisor for GTM strategy development and execution
• Work with Channel Marketing leadership to effectively manage channel marketing budgets and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs, creatively aligning resources to high-impact initiatives
• Oversee vendor relationships and partner payment processes to support co-marketing goals
• Partner with Demand Gen teams to integrate partner capabilities and targets into overall marketing strategies
• Ensure Demand Gen efforts meet required lead goals for the channel while representing partner value across industries we serve
• Serve as the strategic voice of the partner channel within Epicor
• Coordinate partner communications including weekly newsletters and monthly roundtables to keep partners aligned with Epicor's GTM strategies
• Manage digital presence through social media and maintain the Partner Marketing Hub as the central resource for partner success
• Develop content strategies and organize resources that enable partners to optimize their own marketing efforts

What you will likely bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in partner/channel marketing or B2B relationship management
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong project management and budget management capabilities
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Able to thrive in collaborative environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management platforms
• Experience with content management systems and partner portal platforms
