Job Summary:

Brook Hollow is seeking to add an experienced Full-time Line Cook to its Culinary team. that are dedicated to their craft and passionate about the hospitality industry. Must be a motivated self-starter that possesses a hunger for learning and growing with a team. Must be proficient, respectful of others and work in a neat and organized manner.

Job Qualifications:

• Prep and cook while working smart, clean and organized
• Take direction and feedback to ensure quality of product
• Sets up, maintains and breaks down pantry cook station
• Prepares all required items while maintaining quality and standards
• Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards
• Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
• Maintains neat professional appearance
• Always observe personal cleanliness rules
• Requisitions items needed to produce menu items
• Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
• Maintains the highest sanitary standards
• Preparation of salads, sandwiches, fillings, dressings and other manager items
• Ensure Ala Carte orders are prepared in a timely manner
