Key
Responsibilities:
- Strategic
HR Planning:
- Collaborate
with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that
support business objectives.
- Align
HR policies and procedures with the company’s strategic goals and
initiatives.
Partner with our group HRBP's (global) to innovate talent solutions for the future, align on processes where practicable and be an advocate for technical requirements in the US across the Global organization.
Employee Relations:
- Act
as the point of contact for complex employee relations issues, including
disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster
a positive working environment by promoting a culture of fairness,
respect, and inclusivity.
- Lead
talent management processes, including succession planning, performance
reviews, and career development initiatives.
- Identify
and address talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
- Work
with management to develop and implement retention strategies.
- Drive
organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, change
management, and organizational culture programs.
- Provide
guidance on team dynamics and organizational design to improve
effectiveness.
- Oversee
the performance management process, ensuring it aligns with business
goals and supports employee development.
- Coach
managers on setting performance objectives and conducting performance
reviews.
- Develop
and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate
with the compensation team to design and implement competitive
compensation packages and benefit programs.
- Ensure
alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives and market
trends.
