This position will support the formulation of a Master Parts list to be used for the Maintenance Program at Tom’s of Maine. Day-to-day, this role will partner closely with our Maintenance Group, Internal Programmers and key cross-functionals and lead the development an electronic-based program to support both Preventative and Predictive Maintenance.
This position will be based onsite at our Sanford, ME location.
Core Responsibilities will include:

Developing a complete master parts list to be linked to the ColgateStandard Parts List in SAP

Reviewing all planned work requests from the assigned area

Determining validity and accuracy of information and engaging the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority

Discussing details with the originator to ensuring clear scope of work and correct equipment identification

Utilizing Augmentir to developing the Status of Work control and the Backlog of Work Order Submission to Work Order Completion

Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP PM
-
Work with local programmers to ensure the parts list is accessible in Augmentir
-
Assisting in the development of the Maintenance Module in Augmentir

Assisting the maintenance staff as needed

Following Colgate-Palmolive guidelines related to Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Regulatory within area of responsibility

Required Qualifications:

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
