JCITA provides advanced counterintelligence (CI) training including investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. The JCITA Instructor Program ensures CI practitioners have the knowledge, training, and capability to protect our nation from its adversaries. Core One is seeking an Onsite Program Manager (PM) to support the instruction of the next generation of these practitioners. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and supervision of contract personnel, potentially involving multiple tasks with large groups of personnel across multiple locations
• Immediately bring performance issues to the attention of the contractor employee when required, and bring any uncorrected or uncorrectable contractor performance issues to the COR to ensure compliance with the assigned tasks
• Ensure contractor personnel provided under the contract are aware of the communications chain for all issues, including those related to work hours, approved leave, and/or any personnel issues

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Counterintelligence Special Agent Credentialing school
• A Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of supervisory experience, or ten (10) years of supervisory experience with no degree
• Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with the Government to capture, prioritize, and de-conflict requirements
• Possess excellent oral communication skills and have the ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously
