About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Senior Team Lead Dissemination Specialist to support intelligence dissemination and cross‑domain operations within the Army G‑2 Data Capabilities Division (DCD) under Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO). This role performs all duties of a Senior Dissemination Specialist while providing leadership, oversight, and coordination for personnel supporting intelligence planning, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.

The Senior Team Lead applies advanced dissemination expertise, analytic tradecraft, metadata standards, and classification judgment while supervising staff and serving as a senior interface with Government leadership and Intelligence Community partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight

• Lead and manage a team conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Assign, prioritize, and review work tasks to ensure mission timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met
• Mentor and guide personnel on dissemination procedures, classification decisions, metadata standards, and analytic rigor
• Instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
• Coordinate daily dissemination operations and resolve workflow or resource issues impacting mission execution

Intelligence Dissemination & Cross‑Domain Operations

• Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
• Perform and oversee cross‑domain dissemination of intelligence products and associated materials on approved networks
• Manage the sending and posting of intelligence products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites
• Verify appropriate user clearances, accesses, and need‑to‑know prior to dissemination
• Register intelligence products into approved intelligence repositories
