Ensuring Chart’s Success…
The Assistant Planner supports Scheduling to prevent delays and bottlenecks in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…
- Work with scheduling to meet customer demand.
- Release final work order per production schedule.
- Release and monitor sub assembly work orders.
- Process design deviations on work orders.
- Disposition obsolete and defective inventory.
- Identify inventory issues and work to resolve.
- Assemble and distribute packets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Education Should Be…
High school diploma or GED.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Your Professional Experience Should Be…
- 2 years of experience in materials or purchasing, preferably manufacturing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- JDE experience, highly desirable
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills
