The candidate will leverage strong analytical thinking and regulatory reporting skills to ensure appropriate, risk-based application of compliance to ensure smooth business operations with Clients and Experts. The successful candidate will also be able to effectively build out our compliance processes and operations and communicate our compliance framework to True North Insights employees and clients.</p> <p><strong>        Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>You will be the main point of contact between clients and experts, taking ownership of projects and ensuring reliable, high-quality results across multiple projects daily.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted compliance advisor, providing guidance on expert engagements, client requests, due diligence matters, and regulatory inquiries.</li> <li>Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and compliance-related agreements, balancing business objectives with risk management considerations.</li> <li>Review and approve research requests, expert consultations, and business activities in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines.</li> <li>Lead compliance, due diligence, data privacy, and information security reviews during client onboarding and ongoing client engagements.</li> <li>Identify, assess, and escalate compliance risks while developing practical, business-oriented solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Enhance compliance p
