Communications Lead

The Team:
Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications, Celonis is looking for a full-time Communications Lead who will partner with the People and Culture team, as well as members of the Executive Team and other global internal stakeholders.
The Role:
As the Communications Lead, you will support a variety of employee initiatives and campaigns; help shape and align internal communications best practices across the organization; and take ownership of various projects such as the internal newsletter and company-wide meetings. This is truly a varied and dynamic role where no two days will be the same and the successful candidate will get the opportunity to shape the employee experience and be part of one of the most exciting, high-growth SaaS companies on the planet! The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity and enjoys fast-paced, high energy culture.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate across teams and geographies to ensure consistent messages are delivered and understood
- Help uphold and build the Celonis culture across 20+ offices around the globe by ensuring communications are streamlined and transparent
- Develop corporate communication strategies to support goals of the business
- Manage internal communications (executive emails, newsletters, global company-wide meetings, etc.)
- Draft and manager content for internal communications channels (intranet, executive comms, newsletters)
- Assist in communication of strategies or internal messages to be used by company and senior leadership
- Supports internal communications director
The qualifications you need:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient in basic office tools (Google Suite) and ability to learn new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages employees across all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing and maintaining an intranet site.
- Knowledge of best practices in internal communications, including employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficient command of English.
