Description
The Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in AI and Analytics beginning August 2026.
Responsibilities include teaching nine credit hours per semester, research leading to quality refereed journal publications and conference presentations, and service at the Department, College, and/or University level. The Gary W. Rollins College of Business at UTC has long-standing AACSB accreditation at the undergraduate and graduate levels, serves approximately 2,500 students, and has a highly productive, collegial faculty. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who apply before July 14, 2025.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must possess or will complete by August 2026, a doctoral degree in artificial intelligence, data analytics, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited business school, as well as a strong research portfolio in AI and data analytics. Applicants should also have demonstrated teaching ability in undergraduate and/or graduate level courses using a variety of modalities including online.

Rollins College of Business is organized into four Departments (Accounting, Finance and Economics, Management, and Marketing and Entrepreneurship) with 65 full-time faculty.
