Job Title:

Housing and Employment Resource Specialist

Division/Program:

Full Service Partnership - TAY - Sacramento

Starting Compensation:

23.16 -27.79 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

Sacramento: Downtown Center (In-Person position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Alternate Work Schedule, 10 hours Shift, 4 days a week with Thursdays off

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education

BA degree in social science field.

Experience

  • Two (2) years of experience performing non-professional, consumer directed services in behavioral health, healthcare, or social services.

License or Certification

  • Valid California Driver's License.

NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Housing and Employment Resource Specialist works directly with Transitional Age Youth to help meet their service and resource needs, including housing, educational services, job training, transportation, and other support services.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Community-Based Outpatient Program 
  • Serves Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Ages 16-25 
  • Peer Support & Independent Living Skills Development 
  • Intensive Case Management Support 
  • Individual/Family Counseling 
  • Mental Health & Medication Management Support

In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is 22.06 - 33.09. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
