Lead Marketing Analyst

The successful candidate will display in-depth experience and ability in analyzing, presenting and reporting in a wide range of direct marketing activities (i.e. Direct Mail, Digital, Media, etc.) for clients in the nonprofit sector.  This position requires a high degree of comfort and excellence in analytic techniques that ultimately drive strategic solutions forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works closely with the Client Service teams to support deliverables
• Performs ad hoc research as requested
• Create analytic outputs with critical insights that drive strategy for both mid-tier and high-tier clients. 
• Ability to create meaningful presentations in a timely manner and present them with enthusiasm and confidence to key stakeholders including internal and external clients. This includes current and prospecting clients.
• Collaborate effectively with team members for projects, product development, and training
• Provides strategic thought, direction and leadership where necessary
• Works within the Donor Marketing Cloud to prepare data for reporting and analysis
• Ability to maintain and organize past results and research to understand performance trends
• Participates in brainstorming sessions and conducts research to identify marketing opportunities
• Prioritizes and handles multiple projects simultaneously
• Performs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level of detail and accuracy
• Works to create efficiencies and automation in reporting network clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate degree a major plus, but Bachelor’s preferred- computer science, MIS, statistics, engineering or similar. 
• Minimum 4 years of quantitative marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of Python, R, or SQL is required.
• SAS experience is a plus but not required. Training will be given.

The successful candidate will have the ability to self-manage, learn quickly, and make progress with limited oversight. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will have the ability to work independently on client projects and resolve any issues. They will demonstrate high work ethic and professionalism, and have a team player approach. High-levels of integrity and attention to detail are critical for this position.

LOCATION: Remote. 

Pay Range expected for the position: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
