Job Title: Warehouse Product Associate

Job Description:

The Warehouse Product Associate sorts general merchandise and products based on commodity, condition, and value of goods. This is a fast paced, quality and quantity driven position that requires attention to detail and consistency.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Sort and/or process general merchandise
• Accurately identify condition, and value of Home Good items
• Ensure product is in new, retail condition
• Work in a fast-paced environment meeting production standard
• Communicate with team and leaders for department needs and process improvement
• Attend daily morning huddles to identify top priority tasks
• Manage trash and cardboard
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment
• Other supportive duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse work setting
• Prolonged standing and/or sitting for duration of shift
• Potential use of merchandise equipment such as box cutters, bin containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks
• Proper lifting up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.

Compensation:

• $15.75-$18.27
