- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the identification and evaluation of compliance risks associated with global requirements
- Assist with compliance monitoring related to policies and procedures, employee trade monitoring, AML, and global sanctions activities
- Prepare management reports and conduct research to support compliance activities
- Support department records management efforts
- Aid in projects as deemed priority by management

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Business, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or Business & Technology Management
- Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
- Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
