The impact you will have in this role:   DTCC’s Compliance department is dedicated to protecting the firm against the risks of non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations and lapses in internal policies.  Our main responsibility is the development and maintenance of DTCC’s compliance program and to provide enterprise-wide oversight and support to DTCC’s subsidiaries and business areas.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the identification and evaluation of compliance risks associated with global requirements 
  • Assist with compliance monitoring related to policies and procedures, employee trade monitoring, AML, and global sanctions activities
  • Prepare management reports and conduct research to support compliance activities
  • Support department records management efforts 
  • Aid in projects as deemed priority by management

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Business, Political Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or Business & Technology Management
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills 
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus 
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
