Project Manager

Description

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager opening for our client in Chesterfield, MO.

 

Location: Chesterfield, MO (Hybrid remote)

Duration: 11 months

 

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting, tracking, and assisting in the execution of various projects within the DSA Data Engineering platform. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude to ensure project success.

 

Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and propose solutions to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor project budget and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Support project evaluations and post-project analysis to identify improvements for future projects.

 

Requirements/Preferences

 

Education Requirement(s):

• Bachelor's degree minimum two years of experience in relevant field such as business administration, or project management, or a related field.

 

Skill & Competency Requirements:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Preferences:

• Proficient in Aha!, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power BI, Github

 

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
