Guest Services Representative - Veterinary Hospital

Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative for a full time position.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary hospital during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, checking in patients, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skills. Your ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and provide comfort to worried pet owners will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients during the overnight hours
• Check in and admit patients, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations
