THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, detail-savvy Street Team Coordinator who’s deeply tapped into the culture and ready to take our IRL presence to the next level. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to rally a crew, and see the streets as a canvas for creativity, you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll coordinate our street team operations, execute bold grassroots campaigns, and manage out-of-home activations that turn heads and spark conversations. From city takeovers to key drops and pop-up moments, you’ll be at the forefront of our on-the-ground movement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of passionate, on-the-ground street team promoters.

  • Build schedules and assign tasks for local and regional street team members.

  • Plan and execute grassroots marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and upcoming events.

  • Distribute promotional materials (flyers, posters, stickers, etc.) at high-traffic areas, venues, retail spots, and cultural hubs.

  • Identify and secure high-traffic locations for street-level visibility.

  • Oversee street team performance, attendance, and deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all street team activities and updates.

  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and messaging are consistently followed in the field.

  • Stay ahead of trends and identify emerging opportunities for IRL brand presence.

Logistics & Execution:

  • Coordinate delivery, transportation, and installation of OOH materials.

  • Track, manage, and restock physical assets (posters, stands, etc.).

  • Ensure teams have the necessary tools (uniforms, mobile devices, maps, etc.).

  • Coordinate materials distribution (flyers, promo items, posters, etc.).

  • Support in-market scouting for new placement opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Collect and compile field reports, including photos, videos, and location data.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all campaign activities.

  • Provide performance recaps, campaign summaries, and engagement metrics.

  • Offer feedback and insights to optimize future campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in street marketing, promotions, or event activation.

  • Comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods.

  • Physically able to carry, hang, and distribute materials.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be highly dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

  • Tech-savvy enough to use phones/apps for routing, reporting, and photo sharing.

  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some travel.

  • Must have clean criminal and driving record, current license, passport, and car insurance.

  • Knowledge of local scenes (music, art, nightlife, fashion, etc.).

  • Experience with hand-to-hand flyering, wild posting, or branded activations.
