The Trade Compliance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the company’s tariff mitigation special trade programs are applied correctly, auditing for operational and record keeping compliance. In particular focus on the correct application and record keeping of FSFE, Nairobi Protocol TIB programs and Free Trade Agreement such as USMCA . The role conducts internal audits, evaluates trade documentation, mitigates compliance risk, and leads corrective actions across global supply chain operations.Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. FSFE (First Sale for Export) Program Compliance
Lead and manage all audit activities related to the FSFE program to ensure adherence to CBP rules for every shipment
Conduct internal self-audits, document reviews, and CBP audit readiness assessments.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sourcing, procurement, finance, and customs brokers to ensure accurate FSFE data alignment in ERP systems.
2. USMCA/Nairobi Protocol /FTA/TIB Eligibility
Audit import transactions to ensure proper application of relevant trade mitigation programs is applied at the sku level
Daily audits of broker information to ensure correct application of trade mitigation programs
Daily monitoring of ACE data to monitor correct assessment of duties
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an audit role, global trade compliance, customs operations, or international supply chain, preferably within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong attention to detail and audit methodology discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
Ability to manage complex global compliance topics and provide practical solutions
Ability to conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
