As a Business Development Sales Representative at Cogo Realty, you will be responsible for:

• Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out potential property owners and generating leads through various channels including realtor relations, cold calling, email drip campaigns, online platforms, networking events, referrals, and partnerships. Timely execution of lead follow-up is crucial.
• Client Acquisition: Developing relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to promote our Property Management services and secure new homeowners for our portfolio. Presenting compelling value propositions and effectively communicating how we meet their property management needs. Creating and implementing programs and systems to generate positive reviews and working towards specific metrics for portfolio growth.
• Market Knowledge: Staying informed about the local real estate market, competitor activities, and industry trends. Analyzing market data to identify areas of growth and tailoring business development strategies accordingly.
• Maintaining Open Dialogues: Keeping open dialogues with property owners on financial matters, property condition, tenants, and vacancies.
• Any other duties: As determined through employment and company needs.

Requirements

• Results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales or real estate experience preferred.
