We are now looking for a Specialist, Logistics Planning to join our new Supply Chain Logistics Planning Team in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
Ensure perfect order confirmation and fulfillment (order & delivery management)
Determine product availability
Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning
Plan and implement deliveries
Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account
Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations as well as performance of logistics service provider and register non-conformance
Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting
Act as a link between Order Management, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales
Who you are
You have a professional education and at least one year of relevant working experience in supply, production planning or logistics
You have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English; German is considered an asset
You have good knowledge of supply chain processes, customer business, product, and service offering
You are a skilled team oriented person with a ‘hands-on’ attitude
You have a service-orientated mindset and you enjoy solving complex tasks
You demonstrate flexibility and the capacity to respond to change effectively
Having a good knowledge of OTM deemed as a valuable asset
