We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative support, coordinating with team members, and assisting with marketing activities.

Marketing Duties:
- Create proposals for properties by utilizing M&M programs
- Design and create email marketing campaigns for new property listings, property closings
- Design and create flyers/postcards for new property listings, property closings
- Post properties for sale on group’s website and external marketing websites
- Update group’s website/website maintenance
- Develop impactful sales aids to use in client meetings
- Actively create and execute new ideas to expand the team branding in the D/FW market
Administrative Duties:
- Working with office staff on property status/changes/new tasks
- Corresponding with escrow, management, brokers and clients regarding property information and documentation
- Filling out various forms such as broker co-op, wiring instructions, and activity change form
- Consistently updating database and keeping track of market transactions; research new clientele and update existing clientele in the team’s contact management software
- Coordinate, ordering, and sending client gifts
- Pulling properties for sale website traffic reports to share with client or any other research projects clients request
Skills and Experience:
- Adobe InDesign knowledge is important
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Administrative or real estate experience is preferred
- College degree is a plus
- Strong communication skills, professional and courteous manner and phone voice
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work autonomously (self-motivated) and as part of a team
- Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus
- Database input and maintenance (experience with REA, Salesforce is a plus)
- Extremely detail oriented and highly organized, excellent follow up, accurate data entry
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
